One expert claims that Prince Andrew Virginia sees his settlement with Geffery as a way to return to the royal family.

Yesterday’s out-of-court agreement means Andrew will not be publicly and shamefully accused of raping and abusing Ms. Giffery at the age of 17.

Following a confrontation with the Queen in January, she was stripped of her royal honors, all military honors and patronage.

But now, the Duke of York sees his settlement as a way to reclaim his former characters – and he hopes to take some “silent patronage.”

Imperial expert Adam Heliker claims the settlement – which saved the queen from “terrible details” of her son’s relationship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein – “playing into Andrew’s hands”.

Mr Heliker told the Sun: “Andrew imagines a way back.

“I think he sees it as a way to give a year and some quiet patronage.

“In English law, everyone else looked at him like this: ‘If he’s really innocent, why didn’t he go to America to fight her?’

Most read in the Scottish Sun.

Andrew’s military affiliation and royal patronage were immediately restored to the Queen in January after she was accused of sexually assaulting Ms Geffery.

The move also barred him from using ‘His Royal Highness’.

Yesterday, it was suggested that the royal family was “ready for an informative book” from Ms. Geffery when it emerged that she had not signed the NDA.

The couple settled their differences out of court for an undisclosed amount – estimated to be up to مل 12 million.

Settlement has avoided a tough legal battle that could have led to the investigation of several claims – including Andrew Sweat.

But Miss Geffery’s lawyer told The Sun that there was no NDA – meaning she could speak at any time without elaborating.

The bomb shell settlement goes like this:

Angela Leone, a royal expert, said Ms Geffrey’s “all-encompassing book” could “drag” a humiliating case for the Royals.

He told the Sun: “Apparently Virginia is allowed to write a book about herself – or broadcast about herself as she sees fit.

“So if that’s the case, it can go ahead.

“We don’t know when she will do that, we don’t know when she will be aired.

“Such a smell will stay with Andrew and the royal family. There is no clean end.”

Details of Duke’s settlement were revealed in a letter filed with the U.S. District Court in New York yesterday.

Court documents show Andrew will make a “significant donation to Ms. Giffery’s charity in support of the victims’ rights.”

Andrew also vowed to express his regret over his association with Epstein by “fighting the evils of sex trafficking, and supporting its victims.”
