A family home has come to the market for an expensive fee – and a very colorful surprise for a new buyer.

The four-bed property in Golders Green, London will be sold for just £ 1.7 million.

It has bespoke kitchens, off-street parking and a southwest facing garden.

But despite these desirable features, a separate home will not suit everyone’s taste.

Almost every room has been given a bright pink color – with sideboards, sofas, tables, chairs and even ceilings matching the bright color scheme.

In the living room, each feature bar has a gold picture frame and a black television is exactly the same shade of pink.

Soft furnishings, including curtains and pillows, complement the pink colors.

The walls and ceiling of the dining room as well as the radiator on the wall are painted in the same color.

It’s all pink.

An ornamented chandelier hangs over the head.

At first glance, light shades are used in the kitchen – although the chairs, picture frames, blinds, shelves and tiles are all still bright pink.

However, when visitors turn to go out, they will encounter a wide striped pink and orange wall equipped with storage cabinets.

The large master bedroom is a bit more quiet, although the patterned wallpaper is pink and has two bright chandeliers.

A small bathroom is covered with fuchsia tiles from floor to ceiling.

It seems that only two rooms have escaped any touch of pink.

Pink to catch the eye of boys.

An office with suite rails is designed in tan and brown, and a gym area with garden is orange with flag stone floor.

Moreland agents call this property “unique and conveniently located.”

He says the house is being sold for the first time in 70 years.

“Under the planning rules, the property has the potential to expand to the side and rear and convert to higher ground,” the agents said.

The property has exclusive kitchens, luxury fixtures and fittings, as well as premium quality fitted cabinets and cupboards.

It was designed with incredible attention to detail, with a hand-painted ceiling in the interior hall and a wall in the conservatory, as well as a hand-stained glass window in the kitchen.

“One bedroom has a natural bamboo wall cover.”

Outside, the new owner will find a “deserted and private” garden with a lawn and covered seating area.

Not everyone will need such a deep pocket to find their dream home.

One mother built a ب 3.5 million five-bed property in Scott for just £ 10.

Becca Pot, 32, acquired a luxury property after entering a prize draw in support of Cancer Research UK.

Mrs Pott, husband Ben and their eight-month-old daughter Ava can now switch to their two-bed flat in Leighton, East London, for a fabulous pad after a “life-changing victory”.

Meanwhile, a beautiful home in Hatfield, Yorkshire is on the market for less than £ 500,000 – and it’s a nice surprise for the owner.

The “unique” home comes with its own coffee shop.

Known as Coffee in No4, the cafe has a magnificent courtyard garden and 24 indoor tables and 20 outdoor coffee rooms.
