Martin Ford has given up his 8,000-calorie diet for the Titanic showdown with the Iranian Hulk.
Fitness Frankford will face his teammate Man Mountain in an epic proportion boxing match in London on April 2.

He told Muscle and health“I was on 7,000-8,000 calories a day. I brought them closer to 5,000 and then slowly backed away.
“I’m at about 4,500 now. I’ve lost about four stones in six months.”
Before he started limiting calories, Ford ate just to enjoy his meal and maintain his 22 stone frame.
He told Mirror“You know I haven’t measured my calories in six months.
“I am just eating according to my appetite and when I am hungry, the biggest change I have made is the balance of my diet.
“When I was lifting a lot of weight, it was mostly fat and protein.
“Now it is a good 60-70% carbohydrate and it flips completely.
“My food is fine, I’m eating the best I can and I have no doubt I will bring something special because of it.”
The six-foot-nine giant Temple Ford is enjoying his showdown with the Iranian Hulk – real name Sajjad Gharibi – and intends to ‘tear his head off’.
He told Sunsport: “God knows how, but this ‘light’ guy has been popping up left, right and middle for two years.
“He’s not a player of any imagination. I refused to be fooled by his suggestions, so at first, I ignored him, but then things got a little hot.
“At the time, for me, it was like, ‘Well, I’m not the mug, are you going to talk about my kids like that?’*** Game for a scrap ‘.
“He has plunged himself into a pond that is too deep for him and I am ready to tear his head off.”
He added: “This is a shameful fight in the sense that he is not an athlete.
“But I fought back when things got hot on inbox messages. It’s 100% personal. There’s no fun in it. I don’t have any publicity stunts.
“I really want to break his face. I’ll do it happily in the gym behind closed doors.”
“I want to fight professionally in the future, but for me this fight is a walk in the park. It is not a challenge for me from any realm of imagination.
“If I really want to finish it fast, I can knock it out in twenty seconds. But I think I’ll give it a whirl and twenty seconds.
