UFC star Maxim Greshen has been suspended indefinitely despite winning a unanimous decision on the Robert Whitaker v Israel Adesania undercard.
It was his second win in UFC 271 against William Knight in the Dana White promotion.
However, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has now issued a medical suspension for the event.
And they have decided that Greshen will be out of action indefinitely.

Marcelo Roso, who lost to Kyler Phillips on the undercard, was the only other fighter on the card to be suspended indefinitely.
The couple has been banned ‘indefinitely’, although the reasons for their release by TDLR are currently unknown.
According to the TDLR protocol, wounds inflicted on militants are not disclosed to the public.
